Alfa Foils is a premium brand for high-quality interior foils and surface solutions. With a versatile range of exclusive finishes, the company enables architects, designers, and manufacturers to enhance spaces and furniture with innovative surfaces.
Challenge
The previous brand presence and digital touchpoints of Alfa Foils no longer met the company’s premium standards. At the same time, the brand needed a clear distinction from its former partner, Alfa Therme. The digital user experience was also outdated. Before the relaunch, customers had to rely on an Excel spreadsheet to find suitable matches between Alfa Foils products and common color systems. In close collaboration with Alfa Foils, we successfully integrated the product search as a dynamic tool directly into the website.
We saw this as an opportunity not only to reposition Alfa Foils but also to fundamentally transform the digital product experience.

We developed a unified concept that clearly positions the brand, showcases its premium quality, and provides users with a modern, intuitive access to products and services. This laid the foundation for a digital platform that excels both aesthetically and functionally, strengthening Alfa Foils for the long term.

With the new brand identity and website redesign, we have created a strong digital presence for Alfa Foils that goes far beyond a mere visual refresh. Logo and branding, a clearly structured website relaunch, and smart features like the material search work together to form a cohesive, user-centered experience.
Logo & branding
At the heart of the new brand identity was the development of a modern, distinctive logo. The starting point was the Galey Geometric typeface, which we customized to give the brand a unique character. Clean lines, geometric precision, and a versatile design language now reflect the quality and high standards of Alfa Foils.

Color palette & typography
In addition to the logo, we developed a new visual system. The color palette conveys the brand’s premium positioning and creates a clear, modern appearance. This is complemented by precisely defined typography that combines readability, clarity, and brand character. Together, colors and type form a strong foundation for all digital and analog touchpoints.
Website Relaunch
In parallel with the brand relaunch, we completely redesigned the Alfa Foils website. The goal was not only to create a visually modern appearance but also to develop an intuitive, user-centered experience. The information architecture was clearly structured to simplify navigation and make content easily accessible. The UI/UX design combines a high-quality, minimalist aesthetic with functional elements that support the user flow. Special attention was given to performance optimization, responsive display across all devices, and the integration of smart features that significantly enhance user value. The result is a website that reflects the brand’s premium positioning while meeting the demands of modern digital use.
Backend & content management
For efficient management of website content, we implemented a modern Strapi backend. This allows the Alfa Foils team to maintain content independently and easily, without relying on technical support. Thanks to flexible data structures and clear interfaces, products, colors, material data, and news posts can be quickly updated and published. At the same time, the backend ensures stable performance and seamless integration with the frontend, providing users with a smooth and consistent experience at all times.

An intelligent search function, Board Match & Colour Match features, and an optimized Strapi backend ensure a well-thought-out user experience.
Product innovation: Rolltrack
In addition to the rebranding and website redesign, we also helped Alfa Foils make their internal processes future-proof. With Rolltrack, an independent digital platform was created, specifically tailored to the challenges of warehouse and inventory management for large-volume foil rolls.

Organized inventory management
Rolltrack digitizes the recording and management of rolls, which were previously handled through manual processes and spreadsheets. New inventory can be quickly and reliably uploaded to the system, automatically labeled, and clearly documented. This reduces sources of error and allows for a complete overview of current stock at any time.
Seamless order processes
From reservation to delivery, Rolltrack ensures clarity and efficiency. Rolls can be clearly assigned, orders prepared precisely, and relevant documents automatically generated. This accelerates the entire process and eliminates the risk of misunderstandings or double bookings.
Transparency & reporting
Beyond daily warehouse operations, Rolltrack offers valuable analytics and reporting functions. Inventory, sales, and price developments can be systematically analyzed, providing a foundation for informed decisions in purchasing, planning, and strategy. In this way, Rolltrack becomes a tool that not only simplifies day-to-day operations but also strengthens long-term competitiveness.
